Is it possible that the housing market has turned?
Blamed for just about everything bad that has happened recently to the economy, housing sales, I dare say, are showing signs of picking up. At the risk of being considered a lunatic, I say this for reasons of systematically gathered data, personal experience and common sense.

"systematically gathered data"? How about a reference for that statement. And then how about some data analysis. "personal experience"? "common sense"? Are you saying that you are the only one that has those things? Everyone else is a dufus?
Dear Anonymous: The data were gathered, as the column says, by the National Association of Realtors.
